Yes, before your first cash entry. We collect a national ID or passport scan and a recent proof-of-address. The check is automated and usually completes inside two minutes during business hours. KYC is one-time per account and meets EU AML standards.

We stay LaLiga-only by design — depth over breadth.

Yes. Every sport has at least one free league running on each round. Free leagues have no prize pool — they exist for the leaderboard rivalry and as a way to learn the scoring rubric before risking any cash.

The captain's score is doubled (2×) when added to your lineup total. You also nominate a vice-captain whose score is multiplied by 1.5×, and the VC automatically steps up if the captain is a late withdrawal before the first whistle. Captain selection is the single biggest leverage in most lineups, which is why we let Regular players swap up to one hour before lock.

Because limits are useful precisely when the urge to remove them is highest. The cool-down gives a quiet day between the decision and the change. Lowering a limit applies instantly; only raising one is delayed.

If a match is cancelled before play begins, all players in your lineup from that fixture score zero, and you are not refunded — the league still runs around the remaining matches. If a match is abandoned in progress, the official scoring authority's resolution applies. Full rules are in the Terms.

No. Personal profiles, deposit history and behavioural patterns are not sold or licensed to any third party. Aggregated, fully anonymised league trend data may be licensed to sports analytics firms — never tied to identifiable users. The privacy policy lists every processor we use.

Yes. Regular and High Roller players can host a private league for friends or colleagues at no extra cost. You set the entry tier, invite by email or share-link, and the leaderboard runs only between the invited members. The 80/15/5 split still applies on the entries.

Every league has a 48-hour dispute window. Open the league's results page, tap "Dispute", and provide a written argument. Our team reviews against the signed event log within three working days. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the DGOJ (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego) framework we follow.

Yes — Premium is €4.99/month, billed monthly, cancel any time. It is purely the analytics add-on. Subscribing does not change your entry fee, your scoring, or your captain multiplier. It only unlocks the xPts model, auto-lineup, and deep historical data.

From your profile settings, choose "Close account". The wallet pays out automatically to your verified bank account, the account is deactivated, and personal data is retained only for the legal minimum (AML, tax). You can also email privacy@lottoluckaustralia.com for an export of your data before closing.
