Most of our players will use one or two of the tools below in their first year. A few will use all of them. Every tool is on by default, every adjustment is auditable, and we never push a player to relax a limit they set.

Set them once and forget about them. We will remind you they exist before each calendar year ends — but only that they exist, never that you should change them.
Session-length reminders
Pick an interval (15, 30, 60 minutes). The platform pops a non-blocking reminder when you have been logged in that long.
Cool-down periods
Block yourself from cash-league entries for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Free leagues remain available so you stay engaged with the sport, not the spend.
Full self-exclusion
One tap, irreversible for 6 months. Your account is closed to cash leagues, no marketing reaches your inbox, the wallet pays out automatically.
Loss-only history
An always-on personal dashboard that shows entry fees paid versus prize-pool returns, by month. We do not hide it, we do not lead with it — but it is one click from the home tab.
Concerned-third-party request
A family member or close contact can flag concern. We follow a written protocol — pause marketing, contact the player, offer a cool-down. The flagger remains anonymous.
External support, no questions asked.

None of those organisations are linked from this site so they cannot be tracked back as a referral. Their names alone are enough to find them.
Our own commitments.
No revenue-driven re-engagement. Players in cool-down or self-exclusion receive zero marketing — no email, no push, no "we miss you" voucher. Marketing returns only at their request.
No raising self-imposed limits without cool-down. A 24-hour delay always sits between a request to relax a limit and the relaxation. The product never proposes the change itself.
No VIP host model. We do not assign personal account managers to heavy spenders. Every player gets the same support channel, the same response SLA, the same product.
Annual welfare review. Once per calendar year, the team manually reviews the deposit and entry pattern of any player in the top 1% of activity and contacts them with a check-in — not a sales call.
