1. Parties
This agreement is between Lottoluck S.L. ("we", "us", "the operator"), a Spanish limited liability company (Sociedad Limitada), CIF B-87234561, VAT number ESB87234561, registered office Calle de Velázquez 86, 4º planta, 28006 Madrid, Spain; and you, the registered player ("you", "the player").
2. Eligibility
You may use the service only if you are 18 years of age or older, you are a natural person resident in a jurisdiction where the service is permitted, you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and you are not currently subject to a national self-exclusion register that we are obliged to honour.
We may refuse registration or close accounts where eligibility is in doubt, at our discretion, subject always to applicable consumer protection law.
3. Account creation and identity verification
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration. Each player may hold only one account. Before your first cash entry we require identity verification under EU AML rules (national ID or passport plus recent proof of address). Until KYC is complete, only free leagues are available.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Two-factor authentication is available from the profile and we strongly recommend enabling it.
4. Description of the service
We host skill-based fantasy LaLiga leagues. Each league requires the player to assemble a salary-cap lineup of athletes, captained for a 2× multiplier, with scoring derived from the official match feed of the underlying sport. Lineups lock at the first whistle of the league's first scheduled match.
Free leagues and cash leagues run on identical scoring rules. Cash leagues collect a paid entry fee from each participant and distribute prize money to the top of the leaderboard.
5. Prize-pool split
Of every entry fee collected for a cash league:
- 80% is returned to the prize pool, distributed to the top 20% of finishers under a published payout curve;
- 15% is retained by the operator to fund platform operations;
- 5% is paid into the community grassroots fund described on the how-it-works page.
The split is fixed across all sports and all entry tiers. Any future change to the split would constitute a material amendment requiring 30 days advance notice under Section 14.
6. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
The wallet is denominated in EUR and held with a Spanish credit institution in a segregated client-money account. The balance is your money; it is not a deposit, it does not earn interest, and it remains payable to you on demand subject to AML and KYC checks.
Deposits are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Withdrawals are paid by SEPA transfer to a verified bank account in your name. First withdrawal each calendar month is free; subsequent withdrawals carry a €0.50 banking fee. Minimum withdrawal is €10.
7. Lineup rules and scoring
Each sport has its own scoring rubric, published on the league's rules page. The rubric for any league is fixed at the moment the league opens for entries and cannot be changed mid-league. Substitutions to the lineup are allowed at any time before the first whistle of the league's first match; no changes are allowed after lock.
If a match is cancelled before play begins, the players in your lineup from that fixture score zero and the league runs around the remaining matches. If a match is abandoned in progress, the resolution of the official scoring authority applies.
8. Disputes
Every league has a 48-hour dispute window measured from the moment the result is signed and posted. Disputes are opened from the league's results page. We review against the signed event log and respond within three working days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the DGOJ (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego) framework that we follow.
You retain your statutory right to bring a complaint to a competent court or to a consumer-protection authority.
9. Responsible play tools
Every account has access to deposit caps, session reminders, cool-down periods and self-exclusion. Lowering a limit applies instantly; raising one requires a 24-hour cool-down. We do not propose or market the relaxation of any self-imposed limit. The detail lives on the responsible-play page.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: hold more than one account; use automated tools to enter leagues or scrape pages; collude with other players to manipulate league outcomes; provide false KYC documents; use the platform for money-laundering or terrorism-financing purposes; abuse self-exclusion to evade a debt; or interact abusively with our support team.
Violations may lead to suspension, closure of the account, forfeiture of unsettled winnings (in the cases of fraud or collusion only), and reporting to law-enforcement and AML authorities as applicable.
11. Intellectual property
The site design, source code, brand assets, and the scoring rubrics are owned by Lottoluck S.L. or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Sports data is licensed from official match-feed providers and remains subject to their underlying rights.
12. Liability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the entry fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Hungarian consumer-protection law.
The service is provided on a best-effort availability basis. We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime outside scheduled maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance.
13. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the profile settings or by writing to support. The wallet balance is paid out automatically to your verified bank account, subject to any pending KYC re-verification.
We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, for AML or KYC reasons, or as required by competent authorities. We give written notice with the reason where doing so is legally possible.
14. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Non-material changes (clarifications, typo corrections) take effect on publication and are tracked in the public changelog. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you can object or close the account within that window without penalty.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the competent court at the operator's registered seat in Madrid, except where mandatory consumer-protection law confers jurisdiction on the court at the player's place of residence.
You may also pursue out-of-court resolution through the Junta Arbitral de Consumo (Spanish Consumer Arbitration Body) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
